Besides being a 10 year 4-H member, Belinda Ernst, of Montgomery County has been a volunteer for 30 years as leader of the Panhandle Aces 4-H Club for 17 years. She also served on the 4-H committee as annual cook at the Fair, judge at the cooking and visual arts shows, and has helped with countless 4-H events over the years. Belinda’s county knew they could always count on her assistance any time. She is a devoted volunteer and Montgomery County is proud to have her.
