Over the past couple of years, Tracy Grayling Harpstrite of Clinton County has demonstrated a true passion for 4-H. Her club has developed new ideas and activities with great enthusiasm, including a special visit to legislators in 2012 delivering a wonderful gift package including two great things from Clinton County,--4-H and their famed soft-drink, Ski. Tracy has served on the Clinton County 4-H Foundation and Unit Advisory Council.
