Sharon Pinter has been instrumental in the Lake County 4-H program for 20 years. She's very involved with several committees and takes a leadership role in training visual arts and general projects judges and superintendents for the County Fair each year. She sets up the project areas which usually have at least 300 or more projects. She handles the Fair set-up for all of the project areas, and does a spectacular job. Sharon enjoys helping new leaders and members and always encourages them to take part in County and State events. She has presented herself as a very helpful and knowledgeable person, who always has suggestions on how to make situations run smoothly.
