Bill Chapin was a 10 years member in Randolph County Ohio, and since has been involved in 4-H in various roles in 3 different states. He has been an valued and active leader in Grundy County for 16 years. Although their children are grown, Bill and his wife serve on many of the extension committees and put in many hours at the fair. He has served as the Fair Superintendent, and has volunteered with the 4-H Fair Association, Master Showmanship, and Grundy County Friends of 4-H.
