J.D. Schulte has been a longtime supporter of 4-H and the Rock Island County’s Livestock Judging Team. He has been a 4-H Leader for 10 years and spends countless hours setting up team practices, arranging for the team’s participation in contests and supporting the members in activities beyond livestock judging. He has also served on the Rock Island County Fair Board Member for 8 years. He works to provide the team with leadership, while encouraging each member to utilize their own abilities.
