Paula Wagenbach has been a leader in Tazewell County for seven years. She is also a mother whose children are also very involved in 4-H. Paula has had a positive impact on the 4-H members in Tazewell County. She is a wonderful leader who is very generous and giving of her time and energy. Most recently, Paula was instrumental in acquiring funds for Tazewell County through the America's Farmers Grow Communities program. Paula takes an interest in all of the youth in her club and she is dedicated to involving her club members with community resources through speakers, tours and community service. She strives "to make the best better" for her children, her club members and all of the youth she comes in contact with.
