Kathy Colbrese has been involved with Rock Island County 4-H for 30 years, 28 as a leader. She inhabits so many aspects of the BIG M philosophy it could have been written specifically for her. As a foster and adoptive parent, she instills a sense of Belonging for the youth in her life. She exemplifies generosity through deed and action. Teaching independence has been a goal especially in her children and the youth she serves. She engages her club members in learning and is especially encouraging their personal abilities.
