Joyce Huelsmann has been a 4-H leader in Clinton County for 40 years. She is very active with the Dairy exhibitors and is the Superintendent of the 4-H Dairy Shows. She is also an active member of our Awards and Recognition Committee and has a huge involvement in our annual Achievement Program. Joyce enjoyed attending camp at West Frankfort and junior leadership camp at Monticello. Joyce and her husband met through 4-H and raised 6 children who enjoyed 4-H life as well. Congratulations, Joyce!
