Warren County is proud to induct Janet Hall into the 2011 4-H Hall of Fame. Janet is extremely involved with the Western Illinois 4-H Horse Show, and has been for many years. She is credited with being the driving force between its continued success. Janet is also involved with the Horse Bowl team, and has lead 2 teams onto the national competition. Congratulations, Janet!
