Hamilton County's Hazel Clark is 90 years old and still keeps 4-H at the center of her life! From 1954-1978, she served as the 4-H Youth Advisor in Hamilton County. She once took 38 youth to Washington DC - Citizenship Short Course, and was the only chaperone for all 38 youth. She is greatly admired by her former 4-H members and leaders. Hazel is the recipient of both the Distinguished Service Award and NAE 4-H/FFA Woman of the Year Award. Congratulations Hazel!
