Jersey County’s Don Pellikan started his 4-H career as a youth in the Marquette Boosters. As an adult, he was the 4-H leader of the Dow Superiors and Otterville High Flyers for 35 years. Along with those duties, he was also a member of the Jersey County Extension Council for 13 years. Don remains active as a member of the Jersey County Fair Board. We are proud to honor Don!
