Anne Sears of Kendall County is a dedicated 4-H leader, just as she was a member. She has served continuously on 4-H Committees or Boards. Anne rarely misses meetings/activities. Her club participates whole heartedly in all activities that Kendall 4-H offers. Previously she served on the Kendall 4-H Foundation and Extension Council. Her club received the State 4-H Club award yearly since 2003. Encouraging her club members to do community service, Anne teaches workshops with them. Her club members have earned the Illinois Key award. Since 1999 continuously her club has received the award of excellence patch, and the club progress award.
