Evelyn Stumpe of Jersey County is a firm believer in 4-H values such as following through on projects, working hard and being active in one's community. For more than 36 years she has nurtured Jersey County 4-H members as the club leader of the Delhi Dukes and Daisies and the Delhi Stompers. She has also been an essential member of the 4-H Foundation board, an active volunteer and an advocate for the county.
