8 year member; 36 year leader of the Hoof Beats 4-H CLub and Muddy Paws 4-H Club
Dolly Mueller from St. Clair County was a leader for the Hoof Beats 4-H Club for 10 years and the Muddy Paws 4-H Club for 26 years! Dolly has also designated a great deal of time to St. Clair County's Dog program. She has served as a dog obedience instructor and a 4-H dog show organizer. She was instrumental in moving the dog program to a more prominent location within the county, with use of indoor and outdoor facilities. St. Clair County says that once Dolly starts a project she always sees them through to the end no matter how much time and effort it takes.
