Charles Beard has been an integral part of the McHenry County 4-H program for 25 years. He has displayed strong leadership and has been an ideal role model for the 4-Hers of McHenry County for decades. His leadership in the county's swine department has been remarkable. Charles exemplifies "Making the Best Better" and puts his heart and soul into all he does for the youth in McHenry County 4-H and for the University of Illinois Extension.
