Rose Wall’s outstanding leadership to the P.C. Progressors of Putnam County is the reason that many members went on to be leaders in the community and beyond. Each month, Rose meets with club officers to prepare materials for the monthly meetings. Her attention to organization is evident in the way that the club is run. In addition to her years of service as a club leader, Rose serves as a horse superintendent and sits on the 4-H & Extension Foundation Board.
