Ronald Voelker has made Effingham County a better place to raise a family. For the past 50 years, he has taught the 4-H Tractor and Lawnmower Safety School. He has worked tirelessly to develop youth in Effingham County into outstanding leaders and responsible adults. Extension staff states that Ron has saved numerous lives due to his leadership towards the Tractor and Lawnmower Safety School. Congratulations Ron!
