DeWitt County Extension describes Margaret Schmid as a great cheerleader for county 4-H programs. During her 9 years as leader of the Jimtown 4-H Club, she has become actively involved in many programs offered in DeWitt County. She has served as fair superintendent in the areas of Mechanics and Technology and Environment and Natural Resources, served on the Youth Committee, lead numerous workshops and is currently serving on the county 4-H foundation.
