Kathy stepped up sixteen years ago when her daughters’ 4-H club needed a leader. Having no 4-H background herself, Kathy willingly accepted the challenge of leading the Steuben Rangers 4-H Club. In addition, she has volunteered to be the clothing and textiles superintendent at the fair, serve on the 4-H Sale of Champions Committee, assist with Project Day and plan Clothing Camp.
