Joan Schaefer of Randolph County is celebrating her 30th year as leader of the Ruma Roadrunners 4-H Club. Her patience, ability to work well with different people and caring nature make her an asset to her club and Randolph County 4-H. Over her years as a 4-H leader, Joan has instilled the importance of community service to her club members. Her dedication and continued support to 4-H and the community is greatly appreciated by Randolph County Extension. Thank you Joan!
