Carolyn Price of White County is known for her demand of excellence. A retired teacher, Carolyn has impacted generations of children who all hold fond memories of her leadership. She has served as leader of 76 Clovers of Norris City for 23 years, showing each member what they can accomplish with a little hard work. Carolyn knows the value of 4-H and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that all children grow up with the chance to learn the same values and ideals that she learned in 4-H as a young girl.
