6 year member of the "Good Luck 4-H" 4-H Club; 26 year leader of the Rockbridge Rural Rousers
Virginia has been involved in 4-H for much of her life. First, she was a 4-H member in a White Hall 4-H Club. Later she become a 4-H Leader with her husband, Roy, for the Rockbridge Rural Rousers. She was involved for 27 years in that role. Their three children, Rick, Rob, and Vicki (Evans), were 4-H member each for 11 years. Mrs. Hall spent 27 years as leader and 7 years as an assistant. Even though she's no longer a 4-H Leader, her family continues to be involved. Three grandchildren are members. Virginia and Roy were at the 4-H Fair to encourage them. Mrs. Hall belongs in the Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame.
