8 year member of the Jolly Juniors 4-H Club; 35 year leader of the Southside 4-H Club
Jane is humble when she talks about her accomplishments as a 4-H leader but she has impacted numerous 4-H members, parents, and leaders as a 4-H volunteer. She has been a leader of the Southside 4-H Club for thirty-five of the approximately seventy years that the club has been in existence. Jane seeks to recognize member's strengths and encourages them to develop those strengths. She helps members broaden their knowledge of many subjects including possible career choices. She is always eager and willing to help at 4-H and Extension events such as the 4-H shows, the annual 4-H Pancake Day fundraiser, and Youth Cooking School. Jane is very active not only in 4-H activities but with church and community activities as well.
