Francis Boyle has been active in the Marshall-Putnam 4-H program in one way or another since he first joined in 1933. As a 4-H member, Francis received many county, state and national honors. He was National Achievement winner and went to Club Congress a couple of times. After serving in World War II, he returned to Putnam county and became a leader in local community and county activities.
