10 year member of the Mulkeytown Bluegrass 4-H Club; 30 year leader of the Mulketown Panthers
Evelyn is a testimonial to the 4-H program having been a 4-H member, parent and leader for over 40 years. Her 4-H members have gone on to honor her by being 4-H leaders themselves. Evelyn has served on numerous 4-H committes,as fair superintendents,in charge of our 4-H BBQ and Extension councils. Whenever she is asked to help or donate(time, money or manpower) she is always willing.The Franklin County 4-H program wouldn't be what it is today without her.
