Donna Young has been involved in 4-H in Whiteside County since she was a litte girl and she has stayed involved by being an active volunteer, guiding her own two children, 10 nieces and nephews and many 4-H families in county, regional, and state 4-H activities. Not only does Donna go out of her way for 4-H, she is also an active youth volunteer for her church, school peer mediation group, and K-Kids, as well as a National Board Certified Physical Educator for over 500 students in two Sterling elementary schools.
