30 year volunteer of Wabash County; Leader of Wabash County Rabbit Club
Vernon has been working actively, and tirelessly for 4-H in Wabash County for at least 30 years as a volunteer. He has been the project leader for rabbits, and leader of the Wabash County Rabbit Club. He developed this club beginning with only 10 rabbits. Today Wabash County hosts a Mid Winter Rabbit Show for Wabash and surrounding counties with over 300 rabbit entries. Vernon has worked very hard throughout his life to enrich the 4-H program.
