8 year member of 4-H of Edwards County; 19 year leader of Barefoot Cubs & Prairie Rangers of Edwards County
Don was an active 4-H'er in Edwards County. With his many achievements as a 4-H'er, he was a recipient of a trip to Club Congress. Don was also a dedicated 4-H leader having led two clubs, the Barefoot Cubs and Prairie Rangers, over a period of 19 years. He has been an active Extension supporter and a supporter of youth programs. He has actively served on the Extension Council, Fair Board, Farm Bureau Board, church board, and Ruritan Board, and as a County Commissioner always promoting the interests of youth in the county.
