9 year member of the West Point Busy Bee's & St. Alban's Pioneers 4-H Clubs in Hancock County; 33 year leader of the Chili Rising Suns 4-H Club in Hancock County

JoAnn Webster has been actively involved in the 4-H program her entire life. She was a 4-H member in two clubs during her 4-H career. Following that she has been a 4-H leader for 33 years and has actively supported the Hancock County 4-H program through a number of volunteer efforts. She was instrumental in re-establishing the Hancock County Extension Foundation. JoAnn is the current chair of that foundation. She is a fair superintendent, works with the Silent Auction, and is a volunteer for many other groups besides Extension. The Webster family was named the Hancock County Great American Family in 1977. JoAnn is a member of the Bowen Methodist Church. She is a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. JoAnn is a wonderful role model for our youth and deeply cares for those around her. When given a job, she not only participates, but is thorough, motivated, and is a positive influence with those she serves. JoAnn is constantly putting the needs of others above her own. She has dedicated herself to 4-H diligently for more than 40 years.
