A second-generation 4-H club leader, Catherine Burg lets no member fall through the cracks. Whether it's finding "the key" to what interests a shy member, walking a family through the process of their first 4-H fair, or opening her home for an end of the year swimming party, Burg has committed a large portion of her life to the youth of 4-H. In addition to "shepherding" the club, Burg has served as a mentor to other leaders and new 4-H staff, in essence ensuring a strong 4-H program in Henderson County for years to come.
