How did 4-H contribute to your leadership skills today?
4-H taught me teamwork, responsibility, hard work, and determination which are all key to building a good leader.
Did 4-H instill a career path for you?
Yes. Showing dairy cattle at our local county fair instilled a love of the dairy industry in me which lead me to pursue a degree in Dairy Science which helped me land my current position at Midwest Dairy.
What advice do you have for someone who is interested in your career path?
Take advantage of all of the wonderful opportunities 4-H has to offer. The network that you are building now could really benefit you in your future career.
What advice would you give a current 4-H member?
Do all you can in 4-H, there is a lot to learn that will help you in the future.
