Did any of your 4-H project skills, experiences or connections help prepare you for your career path?
All of them! Learning to speak in front of your club , giving a talk or demonstration definitely prepared me to easily talk to people
What advice do you have for someone who wants to enter your career path?
Study hard, take the hard classes, do things like 4-H so you have experience with everyday living activities and learn leadership skills
What did you learn through 4-H that benefits you today?
I still cook and bake several of the recipes and love bringing the outside in with floral arrangements. Every day, the leadership skills and communication skills and problem solving are just a few of the benefits I use today!
How did 4-H contribute to your leadership skills today?
We were able to be officers in our club and our county, meet with other kids across the state . Also to seek excellence in our projects, doing our best to be able to go to state!
What advice would you give a current 4-H member?
Do it all! Stay engaged, there is something for everyone!
