Most of them.
What advice do you have for someone interested in your career path?
Networking and education go hand in hand. Be willing to move when you are young. Build your team within the industry. They will help build and define you.
What advice would you give a current 4-H member?
You might drive folks nuts trying “to make the best better.” Some folks will feel threatened, some won’t want to work that hard. That is all normal. Stay the course with a smile and bring them along for the ride. You both will be better.
