"Always set your goals a little to high that way you are always reaching above your current potential."
IECC- May 2018
Sales Manager, E.H. Baare Corporation
Favorite 4-H Projects: Poultry , Swine and Sheep were the only project I took over my 10 year career. But my Favorite project areas now are the general projects and spin clubs.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to enter your career path?
Find what drives you and use it to help you succeed but do not allow it to take over your ability to change.
What did you learn through 4-H that benefits you today?
Being goal oriented is a good thing keeping all my tasks going in the right direction.
How did 4-H contribute to your leadership skills today?
The most important part of leadership is your help to get there. 4-H is a big contributing factor as without my parents during that time I wouldn't have been able to have the animals to participate in 4-H.
What advice would you give a current 4-H member?
Always set your goals a little to high that way you are always reaching above your current potential.
Do you currently volunteer or have volunteered with the 4-H program? If so, in what capacity.
Yes I am a Club leader, Livestock Judging Team Coach, I am on our County 4-H & Extension Foundation, the Unit Council, Junior Leader Co-Leader as well as a 4-H MOM!
