En 4-H, los miembros aprenden sobre temas que les interesan. Estos se denominan como “proyectos” de los miembros. Eso podría ser cualquier cosa, desde aprender a cocinar, construir un robot o cuidar el medio ambiente. Uno de los aspectos más importantes del trabajo del proyecto 4-H es que el miembro de 4-H decide lo que quiere aprender y hacer a medida que explora su proyecto. Esto permite que el proyecto se desarrolle a su propio ritmo y brinda a los niños habilidades importantes para establecer y trabajar hacia sus metas.
¡4-H hace que el aprendizaje sea divertido! Se ofrece una variedad de proyectos a través de 4-H para que los miembros puedan elegir los que más les interesen. O pueden encontrar a otros jóvenes con el mismo interés y estudiar ese tema con la ayuda de un voluntario que comparte los mismos intereses. Los proyectos 4-H ayudan a los miembros a aprender haciendo. Los proyectos ofrecen formas prácticas de aprender sobre un tema de interés.
